How We Do It
The forms
The concrete forms are made from melamine and white fiber board. They can be made in any shape imaginable to fit your project.
Curing the tops
Once the concrete is poured the curing process starts. In most cases takes less then 3 hours to cure enough to remove from the molds.
Finishing the tops
Once set in place the concrete must sit for 3 days to finish curing before a finish can be applied.
Pouring the concrete
Once the forms/molds are made then the concrete is mixed and poured.
Flipping the top
Once cured the concrete is removed from the mold and flipped. What was once the bottom is now the perfectly smooth top.
Choosing a finish
Once fully cured we can apply a finish
you can choose a matte, satin, or gloss look .
